View balance, usage and monthly statement

Once your SIM is activated, log in to My kini to check your account balance, remaining plan and add-on allowances, and monthly statements.

Check your balance and usage 

1. Sign in to My kini. 
2. Select My Balance & Usage. 
3. Check your account balance, remaining allowances, add-ons and plan expiry date. 

You can also text CHECK to 1888 from your kini line and you will receive a SMS including your current plan info and your current balance. 

View your monthly statement 

1. Sign in to My kini. 
2. Open My Bills. 
3. Download the month you want to view.
