Set up your voicemail

Voicemail lets callers leave a message when you can’t answer. Set up your password and greeting so you’re ready to receive and listen to messages.

Set up voicemail for the first time

1. Open your phone’s dialer then press and hold 1 to call voicemail. 
2. Follow the voice prompts to create your voicemail password and preferred language. 
3. Record your name and a personal greeting or leave it with the default greeting. 
4. Follow the prompts to save your settings. 

Listen to your messages

• Press and hold 1 from your kini line, then enter your password if prompted. Follow the voice instructions to listen to, save, or delete messages. 
• If you're calling from outside Canada, dial +1 (639) 344-0000 to access your voicemail. Check your plan or roaming pack coverage before calling . Roaming pack is required.

Reset greeting or password

Contact customer support by calling 1888 from a kini line or +1 (877) 822-1888 from another phone, or email support@kinimobile.com.
